Harlem Roscoe Firefighters were dispatched for a possible residential structure fire at 10:10pm on Jan. 7yh. 2021 on Greystone Dr. HRFD Fire Chief Don Shoevlin reports, "Upon arrival of the first units it was discovered we had an active basement fire. All occupants were out of the home except for a family pet. The dog was rescued from the home and administered oxygen with a pet mask by firefighters. The dog was revived and transported by the family to a veterinarian for further evaluation. Fire was extinguished quickly, however the home sustained extensive fire damage in the basement and smoke damage throughout. The fire is under investigation at this time.
